RICE AND MARSHMALLOW DESSERT 
1/4 c. rice
1 sm. pkg. marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 pt. whipping cream

Boil rice until well done. Wash with cold water and drain dry. Cut up marshmallows into crushed pineapple; add rice. Put in refrigerator overnight. When ready to serve, add whipped cream.
