CORN CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers

Place drained corn in casserole dish. Mix onions, cheese, soup, and sour cream and spread over corn. Crush crackers and melt butter and mix. Top casserole with crackers and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
