CORN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can whole corn, drained
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers

Place drained corn in casserole dish. Mix onions, cheese, soup, sour cream and salt. Spread over corn. Crush crackers and melt butter and mix. Spread on top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
