WHITE CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. sour cream

TOPPING:

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
10 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix all together and put into an 8 x 8 inch casserole. Sprinkle crackers and cheese on top and drizzle butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
