CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans of white shoe peg corn
1 can of French style green beans
1 can cream style celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stack of Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter

Mix corn, green beans, celery soup, onion, celery and shredded cheddar cheese. Melt butter. Crumble Ritz crackers on top of casserole. Pour melted butter over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
