SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans whole corn, well drained
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 roll of Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 to 1 stick melted butter

Butter casserole dish. Spread corn in bottom of dish. Mix together sour cream, cream of celery soup and chopped onions. Pour over corn.

TOPPING: Crush Ritz crackers, press together with butter, toss and place on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
