SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1 c. whole kernel peg corn, drained
1 c. French green beans, drained
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients above. Put in casserole dish. Melt butter. Crush 1 package of Ritz crackers. Mix with melted butter. Spread over corn mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
