LEMONADE CAKE | |
1 box white cake mix 1 package (small) lemon jello 3/4 cup boiling water 3/4 cup corn oil 4 eggs 1 can frozen lemonade 2/3 cups sugar 1 cup water Mix gelatin in boiling water and set aside to cool. Put cake in bowl, add oil and eggs. Mix well; then add the gelatin and water (cooled). Bake in either greased tube or 13 x 9 inch pan. If tube pan is used, bake 1 hour at 300°F; if 13 x 9 inch pan is used, bake 325°F for 35 minutes. While cake is still warm - spoon the following mixture over it. Bring to a boil: |
