CASSEROLE CHINESE PUDDING 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 can cream corn
Mashed potatoes

Fry hamburger loose with seasoning and onions. Make instant mashed potatoes or leftover mashed potatoes. Place meat on bottom of casserole (9x9"), corn next, cover with mashed potatoes. Heat in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
