CORN CASSEROLE (PUDDING) 
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
2 slightly beaten eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 stick butter (melted)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Bake at 350 degrees in 9x13 pan for 35 minutes. Spread with grated cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
