CHICKEN BREAST BAKE 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
2 whole chicken breasts
2/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. parsley, chopped

Combine first 5 ingredients. Dip chicken in melted butter and then in dry ingredients. Place skin-side up in shallow casserole or roll fillets and arrange as desired. To leftover butter, add remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and bake in 275 to 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
