STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. hot water
6 green peppers
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut tops off of green peppers and remove seeds. Boil peppers submersed in water 15 minutes. Remove peppers from water, drain.

Mix all other ingredients and stuff into peppers. When filled, put peppers into baking dish and pour water around them. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
