FILLED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or pork
3 tbsp. uncooked rice (Uncle Bens)
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 green peppers
1 lg. can tomato soup

Mix rice, meat, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Cut off tops of green peppers and soak in hot water for 5 minutes. Scoop out seeds and fill with meat mixture. Place in large pan, add tomato soup and cook for 1 hour in slow 350 degree oven.
