BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 lbs. lean beef stew meat
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
10 oz. dry red wine

Drink 6 ounces of wine while mixing all other ingredients together, including 4 ounces of wine. Put in a covered casserole dish and bake 3 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. DO NOT REMOVE LID UNTIL TIME IS UP. Serve over rice or broad noodles.
