BURGUNDY BEEF 
3 lbs. round steak
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. burgundy wine (opt.)
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Cut round steak into strips. Mix all ingredients together, put in roaster, cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours, don't peek. Serve over noodles, rice or whatever.
