BEEF BURGUNDY #2 
2 lbs. round steak, cubed
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can Campbell's beef broth
12 sm. pearl onions
1 c. Burgundy wine
2 tbsp. catsup
2 sprigs parsley
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Brown meat. Add other ingredients except mushrooms. Cook for 45 minutes on low heat. Add mushrooms and cook 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice or noodles.
