BEEF BURGUNDY 
4 lb. round steak, cubed
1 c. red burgundy wine
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 env. onion soup mix
4 c. sliced mushrooms

Marinate meat in wine for 1/2 hour at room temperature. In 5 quart casserole, mix remaining ingredients and add meat mixture. Bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours.
