EASY BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lbs. stew meat 1/4 to 1/2 can water 3/4 to 1 c. burgundy wine 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms Mix all. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours UNCOVERED. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6. |
