BURGUNDY STEW 
Carrots, cut into lg. pieces
Mushrooms, cut in lg. pieces
Potato, cut in lg. pieces
Celery, cut in lg. pieces
2 1/2 lb. chuck roast, cubed
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. bottle cooking burgundy

Cover tightly and cook at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
