OVEN BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lb. stewing beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cans (4 oz.) mushrooms, undrained 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/2 c. burgundy wine Put beef in casserole dish; do not brown. Pour remaining ingredients over top. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. |
