1 egg, well beaten
1 stick soft butter
1 chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3 eggs, well beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Mix first 4 ingredients and press into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix together last 4 ingredients and pour over cake. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour.
