BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) Ramen Pride
French onion flavor
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can (10 oz.) White sauce
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. white wine
8 oz. thinly sliced cooked beef
4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dried dill

1. Before opening packages, break noodle blocks. Open packages and remove flavor packets.

2. In medium skillet melt butter. Add contents of one flavor packet, dry mustard, and mushrooms. Sauce lightly.

3. Stir in white sauce, milk, and wine; blend well. Add beef; heat through.

4. In quart pan, bring water to a boil, and remaining flavor packet and noodles. Boil 3 minutes. Drain and keep warm.

5. Stir sour cream into sauce mixture. Serve over warm noodles. Sprinkle with dill.
