BEEF STROGANOFF DELUXE 
2 lb. beef sirloin
2 tbsp. garlic flakes
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. dry wine
1 tbsp. catsup
1 c. beef bouillon made from cube

Cut beef into strips. Brown in 1 tablespoon butter in heavy skillet. Remove beef and add remaining butter. Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, catsup, salt and pepper. Gradually add bouillon. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Blend in wine and sour cream. Add beef. Simmer until hot. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
