BEEF TIPS 
2 lbs. chuck or stew meat (cut in 2 inch cubes)
1 1/2 c. red wine (burgundy preferred)
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed beef consomme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 med. onions, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs (Italian flavored is best)
1/4 c. flour

Put all ingredients, except bread crumbs and flour, in casserole. Mix crumbs and flour and stir into casserole. Cover and cook for three hours in 300 degree oven.
