8 pork chops (fat removed)
8 potatoes (sliced 1/4 inch)
1 can mushroom soup and 3/4 c. milk
1 can (drained) mushrooms
Salt and pepper

Grease baking dish with cooking oil spray. Line pan with potatoes between wall of dish and meat. Pour milk, soup, mushroom mixture over meat. Bake at 400 degrees 1 1/2 hours (350 degrees) in glass pan.
