RICE BROCCOLI AND CHEESE 
1 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 c. raw rice, cooked
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. American cheese, grated

In large pan, saute onion in butter. Add soup and cheese; stir until melted. Add rice and broccoli; mix well. Bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
