WILD RICE BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 cup wild rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 carrot, shredded
1 small onion, diced
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup cream
1 small pkg. frozen broccoli

Cook wild rice in chicken broth for 30 minutes with shredded carrots and broccoli and onion then add cheese and cream and simmer 10 more minutes and serve.
