POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. potatoes (hashbrowns)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar
1/2 c. green onions, cut up
2 c. lowfat yogurt

Mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 12.
