POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients and put in buttered 9 x 13 dish. Cover with mixture of 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
