POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes (baked and peeled)
or 1/2 box of hashbrowns
1/3 c. green onions
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, heated
1/4 c. butter
1 pt. sour cream

Combine all ingredients. Place in baking dish, top with 2 cups corn flakes and 2 teaspoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
