BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 pkg. Jiffy pizza crust mix
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown sausage; drain. Cool. Prepare crust as directed on package. Spoon cooled sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven. Slice and serve warm.

NOTE: May substitute diced ham or crumbled bacon for the sausage or may use all three; ham, bacon and sausage. May also add diced mushrooms.
