BREAKFAST PIZZA 
Pizza crust or crescent roll dough
1 lb. pork sausage
2 med. potatoes, can use frozen hash browns
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Pat crust in jelly roll pan. Add pork sausage (cooked and drained). Add potatoes (if not using frozen hash browns, grate the 2 potatoes). Cover with grated cheese. Blend well, eggs, milk and salt and pour over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves several people. Goes great with fruit cup for brunch.
