BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt (if desired) 1 - 1 1/4 c. cubed, cooked ham 1 - 1 1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 9 or 10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1 lg. tomato, peeled, seeded, and diced 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. Separate dough into 8 triangles, then press into 12 inch pizza or 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan and up sides about 1/2 inch; seal perforations. Beat eggs with seasonings. Pour into pan. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake 30-40 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown. 6-8 servings. |
