BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1 can crescent rolls 1 lb. cheese, grated (1/2 lb. each Cheddar & mozzarella) 6 eggs Salt & pepper to taste 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. oregano Crumble sausage in a skillet and fry until done, but not hard. Strain grease from sausage, drain and cool. Spray 13 1/2 x 9 1/2 inch baking pan with Pam. Unroll crescent rolls in the pan in 2 strips, pinch seams together. Spread with fingers to cover the bottom of the pan. Crumble sausage over the roll crust evenly. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat eggs and milk, salt and oregano together. Pour this over cheese as evenly as possible. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving. Cut into squares and serve hot. |
