BREAKFAST PIZZA 
2 tbsp. butter, divided
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
Salt, garlic powder and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 pizza shell (7 inch)
1 tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter in a small saucepan. Add flour and cook 2 minutes. Stir in milk and cook until mixture boils and is thickened. Cool. Heat remaining butter in a small skillet; cook and stir eggs until soft scrambled. Cool. Combine cooled milk sauce with scrambled eggs and season to taste with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Spoon into pizza shell and top with cheeses. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

VARIATIONS: The pizza can be topped with cooked sausage, cooked crumbled bacon or any other favorite topping before baking.

Cook a few strips of bacon and crumble in with sauce & eggs. YUM!
