BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. loose southern style hash browns, thawed and microwaved
1 c. or more shredded Cheddar
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan

Press out crescent rolls. Spoon on sausage, sprinkle hash browns. Mix egg, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage and hash browns. Sprinkle cheese. Bake 375 degrees 25-30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

My recipe is double this...but pretty much same...spread crescent rolls in pan and bake 10 min @ 350°F...sprinkle potatoes over crust then scatter cooked/crumbled bacon over potatoes then pour egg mixture over potatoes (I use sour cream instead of milk and do not add dry mustard)...bake for 20 min...top with cheese then bake additional 20 minutes.
Enjoy! I like the idea of this recipe fitting into 9x13 pan...then you can make two diff pizzas if you want if double recipe...let me know how you like it! YFS
