JELLO CHEESE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. pear juice
1 c. boiling water
2/3 c. crushed pineapple
2/3 c. cut up pears
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. cut up pecans
2/3 c. whipped cream
1 tbsp. sugar

Pour boiling water over the Jello, add sugar and dissolve. Add juices, let stand until begins to set. Add fruit, nuts and cheese. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 9" pan. Place in refrigerator.
