PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. flank steak, cut in thin strips
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 bouillon cube
1/4 c. soya sauce
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced

Brown and drain flank steak. Add all ingredients, except onion and pepper. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add onion and pepper; cover and cook for 20 minutes more. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6.
