GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. ground chuck, cut in thin strips (round steak)
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt
1/4 c. water (add more then needed)
1 c. green pepper, cut on 1" pieces
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 tomatoes, cut in eighths

Brown meat in hot oil. Add garlic and cook until yellow. Add soy sauce, salt and 1/4 cup of water; cook for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Add vegetables and cook 10 minutes more. Stir in cornstarch, blended with 1 cup water; add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes. Serve over hot, fluffy rice. (4 servings)
