WILLIAM'S GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. beef, cut in strips
1 c. soy sauce
1 garlic clove
2 onions, sliced
1 tsp. ginger
2 tomatoes, cut in sm. pieces
3 green peppers, cut in sm. pieces
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Flour beef strips and fry until brown in a skillet. Add onions, soy sauce and green peppers, garlic, salt and pepper and simmer until vegetables are soft. Turn heat up. Add tomatoes. Mix cornstarch with water and pour over steak. Simmer until thickened. Serve over rice.
