1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
1 lb. ground meat

Beat egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, salt, and onions together. Add the corn flakes and mix well. Add meat, mixing thoroughly. Pack lightly in pan. Bake about 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
