FARMERS BREAKFAST (BAUEEN
FOUHSTUCK)
 
6 to 8 good size potatoes
5 slices cooked ham, diced
4 eggs
Salt
2 onions, diced
12 oz. bacon
1 to 2 tbsp. milk
Pepper

Cook (boil) potatoes with peel until tender. Let cool then peel and slice into thin slices. Fry onions, ham and bacon until they just start to turn brown, then put sliced potatoes into the mixture, fry it all together until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Mix eggs with milk, pour egg mixture into the hot potatoes and fry it all together until the eggs are done. Serve with any kind of meat.
