BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or fresh
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
2 eggs
1 can cream of celery soup

Cook broccoli until tender. Add all ingredients. Top with bread crumbs. Cook for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
