BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. firm butter
3/4 tsp. nutmeg

Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling and cook broccoli until tender and arrange in oblong baking dish.

Heat over to 400. Beat soup and milk until smooth, pour over broccoli. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over cheese sauce. Bake about 20 minutes.
