CHILI SAUCE 
12 ripe tomatoes
4 onions, peeled
4 tart apples, peeled & cored
4 green peppers
1 qt. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. cloves, allspice & cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar

Scald and peel tomatoes. Dice all vegetables and place in large kettle. Add spices, vinegar and sugar. Simmer over low heat for 3 hours.

Seal in hot sterilized jars.
