MICROWAVE - POTATO BEEF GOULASH 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. minced onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
2 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn with liquid
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In 2 quart casserole, blend all ingredients well. Microwave on high, covered, 15 to 18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Rest, covered, 5 to 10 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
