RANCH ROLL-UPS 
2 lg. pkgs. of cream cheese
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch mix (dry)
1 can ripe olives (pitted and minced)
1 tbsp. pimento
1 onion (minced)
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies (minced)
4 to 5 shakes of garlic salt
1 pkg. of flour tortillas (large)

Soften cream cheese and add all the ingredients except for flour tortillas. Mix. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours. Spread on tortillas and roll jelly roll fashion. (It helps to warm up the tortilla shells in the microwave to soften them. They're easier to roll). Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours until hard and slice into serving size pieces. Serve with picante sauce or salsa.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
