RITZY CHICKEN 
1 box Ritz crackers, crushed into crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 sticks butter, melted
5-8 chicken breasts

Wash and dry breasts. Combine crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken breasts in butter and then in crumb mixture. Place single layer in pan or Pyrex dish. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover last 10 minutes for chicken to brown.
