RITZY CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts (I like to use boneless)
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
butter

Skin chicken. Mix crumbs, paprika, cheese, and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Roll chicken in melted butter and roll in crumbs. Place in shallow pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered.
