SEASONED CRUMB CHICKEN 
1/2 stick butter, melted
6 chicken breasts, skinned
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers (16)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Melt butter in 9x13 dish. Make crumbs using the last 3 ingredients. Dip each piece of chicken in melted butter and roll in crumb mixture. Place in the 9x13 dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 21 minutes. Standing time is 10 minutes.

2 Breasts - 7-9 minutes.

4 Breasts - 11-13 minutes.

8 Breasts - 24 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
